Account data (name, email, organization), operational data you upload (staff, routes, vehicles), and technical usage data (access logs, IP address).

To provide and improve the service, offer support, bill, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

We process data in accordance with applicable law, including Law 25 (Quebec), PIPEDA (Canada) and CCPA (California), as applicable to your jurisdiction.
4. Third parties and subprocessors
We use infrastructure, payment and communication providers that process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements. The list of subprocessors is available on request.
5. Retention
We keep data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal obligations. We then delete or anonymize it.

We apply technical and organizational measures (per-organization isolation, access control, encryption in transit) to protect data.
7. Your rights
