1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Klarbe you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of the service
Klarbe is a software platform for the operational management of delivery service partners (DSP) working with Amazon. We provide it as a subscription service.
3. Accounts and customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data, the confidentiality of your credentials, and the activity of the users you invite to your organization.
4. Plans, payments and renewal
Access is billed according to the contracted plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices may change with reasonable prior notice.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to compromise the platform's security, or to infringe third-party rights.
6. Intellectual property
The software, brand and platform content are our property. Your operational data remains yours; we only process it to provide the service.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit arising from the use of the platform.
8. Term and termination
You may cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend access in the event of breach of these terms or non-payment.
